La Revista Virtual Antorcha
Cultural ha adquirido gran prestigio en su primera edición por
las siguientes razones: por haber sido declarada de interés cultural
por el Senado de la Nación de la República Argentina,
el Ministerio de Cultura de la Provincia de Mendoza, Argentina, y el
Honorable Consejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de San Rafael, Mendoza,
Argentina; por el prestigio de los miembros del jurado, la relevancia
de sus auspiciantes, colaboradores, y, por la iniciativa de formar una
comunidad que unifique a los pueblos de Latino América y del
mundo a través de la cultura y el arte.
Por tanto, convoca en su quinto año consecutivo
al Concurso Internacional de: Artes plásticas, Filosofía,
Historia, Literatura, Música y Poesía de acuerdo a las
siguientes bases:
1) Podrán participar en el concurso todas aquellas
personas de cualquier nacionalidad, sin límite de edad, interesadas
en tener un premio honorífico de trascendencia internacional
y por el sólo hecho de participar, con derecho a formar parte
en la Comunidad de la Antorcha y ser favorecida con todos sus beneficios.
2) Las obras presentadas deberán ser originales
e inéditas. En todos los casos el tema será libre.
3) Se permitirá un máximo de 3 textos
o 3 Obras por autor/es en cada una de las categorías.
4) Los trabajos deberán remitirse al
correo electrónico: antorchacontacto@yahoo.com.ar indicando
nombre y apellidos, DNI, dirección, nacionalidad, correo
electrónico y edad.
5) Todas las obras presentadas se publicarán
en www.antorchacultural.com “Feria 2009”, permaneciendo
a la vista aún después del fallo del jurado. La proclamación
de los ganadores se hará pública en los medios de comunicación
relacionados con la organización, y directamente a los ganadores,
quienes se harán acreedores del certificado correspondiente como
premiación, que les será enviado a su propio domicilio
por correo certificado.
6) El plazo de entrega concluirá el 01/03/2010,
incluyendo ese día.
7) El jurado fallará en la fecha 02 de Abril
del 2010
8) El jurado estará compuesto por personas
del ámbito cultural, y figuras relevantes del quehacer latinoamericano,
designados por Antorcha Cultural, teniendo éstas capacidad para
declarar desierto alguno de los premios honoríficos si los trabajos
no llegaran a tener la calidad y altura del certamen.
9) Cualquier cambio no previsto en estas bases será
comunicado a través del sitio de Antorcha Cultural.
10) Las consultas sobre el concurso se harán
desde la misma página.
11) La participación supone la plena aceptación
de sus bases. El fallo del jurado es inapelable.

The Magazine Cultural Virtual Fair has acquired great
prestige in its first edition for the following reasons: to
have been declared of cultural interest by the senate of the
Nation of Argentine Republic, the Ministry of Culture of Mendoza's
county, Argentina; for the prestige of the members of the jury,
the relevance of their favoring ones, collaborators, and for
the initiative of forming a community that unifies to the towns
of Latin America and of the World through the culture and the
art.
Therefore, it summons in their fifth serial year to the International
Competition of: Plastic arts, Philosophy, History, Literature,
Music and Poetry according to the following bases:
1. They will be able to participate in the competition all those
people of any nationality, without age limit, interested in
having a honorary prize of international transcendency
2. The presented works will be original and unpublished
3. It will be allowed a maximum of 3 texts or 3 Works by author
/ it is in each one of the categories
4. In all the cases the topic will be free
5. The works will be remitted to the electronic mail: antorchacontacto@yahoo
.com .ar indicating name and last names, DNI, address, nationality,
electronic mail and age
6. All the presented works will be published in www.antorchacultural.com
it "Trades 2009", remaining visible still after the
failure of the jury. The proclamation of the winners will become
public in the media related with the organization, and directly
to the winners who will become by mail worthy of the corresponding
certificate as premiación that will be they correspondent
to their own home certificate.
7. The delivery term will conclude the 01/03/2010, including
that day
8. The jury will be compound for people of the cultural environment,
and outstanding figures of the Latin American chore, designated
by Cultural Fair , having these capacity to declare desert some
of the honorary prizes if the works didn't end up having the
quality and height of the contest
9. Any change not foreseen in these bases it will be communicated
through the place of Cultural Fair.
10. The consultations on the competition will be made from the
same page.
11. The participation in this competition supposes the full
acceptance of its bases. The failure of the jury is inappealable
