   Everything began when the Doctor Ángel L. Gargiulo, Director of the Magazine cultural virtual Fair organized the First Planetary Festival of the Spanish American culture, competition “Torch Cultural Fair 2005”, of International character, which was declared in those moments of cultural interest  for the Deliberative Honorable Council of San Rafael's Municipality, Mendoza, Argentina, for the Ministry of Culture of Mendoza's County , and recently mencioned by the Senate of Argentinean Republic as a subject of National interest.

   They Favored the Festival: San Rafael's Municipality, AMRA (Association of Doctors from Argentine Republic), SADE (Society Argentina of Writers, LV4 Radio San Rafael, adhering to and collaborating with the Organization the Ability of Philosophy and Letters and the Technological Institute both belonging to the National University of Whose. The University of Regional Mendoza of San Rafael, Quaver Productions, and the Sacred Foundation Trinidad

How did the idea of a community arise?

Then the vision arose of forming a great community, dreams of millions that it unifies by means of the culture and the art to all the Latin American towns and of the world, and that all gain that is obtained of the works sold in the different branches of the same one is in hands of us, the own makers In reason of that immortal one he/she calls that it encourages us; the desire to preserve all the good, beautiful and true that is still in the world, is that our community is denominated "Community of the Torch."

  We will go delegating correspondents in each country; people highlighted in the environment of the culture in all Latin America that you/they won't only have the task of diffusing our cultural portal in their specific environment of action, but also transport cultural local projects toward the same one, in order to find in him a cultural community that can, by means of the reciprocal help and the cooperation, to sustain us and to develop us in each region to which we belong In each one of the sections of our portal there will be an open outline where each worker will be able to include his own reviews, to promote events, to offer or to give I work, etc. Everything absolutely free so that the place represents a powerful tool for the development without conditions of our cultures. There will be a special section for the community of the Brand, and in each area, we will leave open the same ones so that the participants send and publish their articles, thoughts and works with us, either for Literature, Music, Philosophy, History, Poetry, etc. and etc..

How much does it cost to publish in the Community of the Torch?
